James Mitchiner, MD, MPH, FACEP Receives Top Honor

James C. Mitchiner, MD, MPH, FACEP, from St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI,  was awarded the Colin C. Rorrie, Jr, PhD Award for Excellence in Health Policy Excellence in Health Policy by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). This is in recognition of the decades of health policy advocacy he has been doing on a state and national level. Dr. Mitchiner received this award at the ACEP's award program in Boston.
