PSAT Team Updates

EPMG’s Patient Satisfaction Assessment Team (PSAT) visited MidMichigan Medical Center-Gratiot in Gratiot, Michigan in July 2012 and noted improvement needed with patient satisfaction scores.  Since the visit, the hospital implemented recommendations from the PSAT team and saw a significant increase in their patient satisfaction scores, moving from fourth place to first place in their hospital system!   If you are interested in learning more or would like to schedule a PSAT visit, please contact your Quality Specialist.
